    Buying a home is probably the biggest investment you’ll ever make and it is a decision that will affect you for years to come. The process can be exciting, but also extremely stressful. As with all real estate transactions, there are always considerable risks involved when making such a large purchase decision. A professional home inspection will significantly reduce your risk and help make the entire home buying process easier and more enjoyable.     A pre-purchase home buyers inspection is performed before the purchase of a property, but usually after a formal offer has been accepted. You should make sure that a pre-purchase inspection contingency is in the sales contract. A pre-purchase inspection will reduce the risk of costly surprises and help in budgeting future costs associated with maintaining the home. The ultimate benefit of a pre-purchase inspection is that you will have a sound basis on which to make an informed decision regarding your investment in the home.

    We encourage our clients to accompany us for a walk-through at end of the scheduled inspection time. At this time, you should feel free to ask any questions you may have about the inspection process or about the house in general.  During the walk-through, the inspector will point out any areas of concerns and explain them to you.  Can’t work the walk-through into your busy schedule?  Don’t worry! After receiving your easy-to-understand, comprehensive report with full-color photos, we are always available to answer any questions you may have about your report.

    After the inspection is completed, you’ll receive an online report that is written in easy to understand language and that includes full color pictures, diagrams, and clickable links. All critical information identified during the inspection will be included in the report. Armed with the information provided in our report, you can make your decision with confidence.
